I choose to say no.

"People who respect your decision to say no are the ones who care, the ones who don't are trying to control you."

- Who do we owe our will to? Nobody. You choose. Your birth meant a divine right to be selfgoverning in practicing that power. When people don't use their power which is a birthright, they give it to someone else, meaning this person will have the power of two in their hands. When have that ever been good?

Honor yourself by standing your ground. Don't forgot who you are and where you came from. I'm not necessarily talking about cultural heritage, rather the deeper you, the individual inside of you. Go back to hear that voice inside your head, that voice that guides but so often is being shut down by the power of the ego or fear. Go back to who you are. Start listening to yourself. Ask of yourself and you shall recieve. The visions and goals formed inside your mind have, with your increased power, the ability to come true. Because believe it or not, everybody were born as innocent babies with no information - all equal in mind.

Serve your ego positive affirmations everyday - "I have power!", "Life loves me", "I deserve to be at peace."

When you start feeling like a non-believer in your own life, a prisoner of your own negative thoughts and caged inside your mind; also know this: you have the ability to change that story. Imagination is what fuels us. Feed of of it and don't let yourself starve when the garden is full of it in your own backyard.
