Who do you think you are? I am brilliant.

“Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness that most frightens us. We ask ourselves, Who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented, fabulous? Actually, who are you not to be? You are a child of God. Your playing small does not serve the world. There is nothing enlightened about shrinking so that other people won't feel insecure around you. We are all meant to shine, as children do. We were born to make manifest the glory of God that is within us. It's not just in some of us; it's in everyone. And as we let our own light shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same. As we are liberated from our own fear, our presence automatically liberates others.”

Anger, fly away.

"Are you proud of the energetic you've offered to the universe, remaining in anger with someone for either a short or longer period of time?"

- It's about releasing whatever it is you have attached to the experience that made you angry in the first place. Forgive yourself for all your judgements towards the person you're being angry towards and realize it's a two-way street. Realize that in life we are never given more than we can handle, because if you're reading this it means you're still alive and breathing - the experience didn't kill you.
It was a blessing in disguise, but in the midst of it all you were too blind to see. As soon as you get away and dodge that bullet, you gradually start to gain perspective and insight. Insight in the form that, hey it wasn't all my fault, or maybe you thought you was at fault because somebody clouded your judgement.

Important thing: it's not about who was at fault it's about how quickly you are willing to acknowledge the pain and dig deep in order to heal and ultimately learn from it. Anger is a state of mind, beneath it lies alot of pain and grievance - don't be afraid to deal with it and forgive yourself. Because you can't sit around waiting for somebody else to forgive you when they might never realize that their forgivness comes from within.

"Create what you want instead of being stuck in what you didn't have."

I don't look back

When things end, they end for a reason as most things happen for a reason. The past is called the past because you're getting past it everyday. Never look back, keep looking forward and remember that each day is a new opportunity in shaping your future.

Sometimes things never change, as most people are reluctant to change themselves. When you master the art of embracement, you have realized that you are a product of change. Change is the one thing that is constant in our lives, we might as well work with it and not against it. When you try to swim upstream facing nature, you will only hurt yourself in the end. Realize what is happening, adjust and change.

Create new memories with the blessing of a new day.
